This is a design for a light up christmas decorations with buttons to change LED colors. The ornament top is a snap fit onto the base, so it may be fully customized however you want. If you want to change the cutout shape, include a .dxf file of your choice and change the import lines in the Openscad files. You will likely have to play with the translation to ensure that it is centered.
This design does require soldering. RGB LED's should be pushed through the mount holes and soldered on the underside of the bottom piece. Be careful not to deform the plastic with the iron.
This is a bit different from most commercial light up ornaments, but it has a cost savings of about 13.84 over some equivalent ornaments.
